The main outdoor level features seating, a small fire pit and a bocce court. One lift provide access to the deck, ADA bedroom, the main outdoor eating area and the kitchen and living room. A second lift provides ADA access to the pool and spa.
The patio room is ADA accessible from the main deck and features an accessible bathroom with a large shower.
