We understand your need for comfort and safety during your stay with us. We use cleaning products that are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. Mask usage and social distancing guidelines mandated by local and state agencies are followed as required.
IN YOUR ROOM
Extremely strict sanitizing protocols and standards are used to clean guest rooms, with an emphasis on bed and bath linens and protective covers as well as high-contact surfaces. In-room collateral has been removed to reduce the risk of contamination.
The property will remain unoccupied at least 24 hours between guest visits.
Travel looks a little different right now, but our priorities remain the same. We are still committed to providing you a safe and relaxing stay. That commitment starts with looking at our services and processes to take steps to deliver the safest and most enjoyable experience possible.
Travel Plan Flexibility
Vignoble House strives to be flexible in response to changing travel guidelines. Options include a partial refund and/or rebooking.
